Terms
Research labor, scoped before it begins.
These terms describe how DayRove fit reviews, paid search sprints, acquisition files, source outreach, and service boundaries work.
Free Fit Review
No charge
Send the target. DayRove reviews whether the search is workable and whether a paid sprint makes sense.
Private Search Sprint
$150-$750
Private search sprints are scoped around $150-$750 depending on difficulty, urgency, item value, outreach depth, number of candidates, category risk, and source depth.
Complex / High-Value Search
Custom quote
For unusual, high-value, deadline-sensitive, multi-channel, or documentation-sensitive searches requiring deeper review.
Ongoing Watchlist
Custom terms
For recurring targets, collector goals, rare references, or long-tail searches that need monitoring over time.
Fit Review
A fit review is free and does not create an obligation for either side. DayRove may accept, decline, or request clarification before quoting paid work.
Paid Work Begins After Scope
Paid acquisition research begins only after DayRove confirms scope, likely effort, timeline, price, and expected output, and the client accepts that scope.
Work Product
The work product is an acquisition file or a clear dead-end explanation. Files may include a target brief, channel map, candidate shortlist, pricing signals, seller-path notes, evidence requests, risk flags, and recommended next move.
Client Decision
The client controls the final purchase decision, seller verification, authentication path, appraisal or inspection, negotiation, payment, shipping acceptance, returns, and walk-away threshold.
No Transaction Authority
DayRove does not buy items for clients, custody funds, process payments, act as escrow, negotiate, commit, or represent buyers or sellers.
Refund Or Credit Logic
If DayRove accepts a paid search and cannot return usable options, pricing signals, seller paths, or a clear dead-end explanation, DayRove may credit or refund the sprint. A clear dead-end explanation is a valid work product when the market does not support the brief.
Outreach
Source outreach occurs only when explicitly authorized and scoped. Outreach does not create agency, representation, purchase authority, negotiation authority, escrow authority, or seller verification.
Declined Work
DayRove may decline requests that are too vague, too risky, impossible to scope, outside service boundaries, unsafe, illegal, or dependent on authentication, appraisal, custody, payment handling, or representation.
Hard boundary
DayRove does not authenticate goods, appraise value, hold inventory, custody funds, process payments, act as escrow, guarantee seller legitimacy, guarantee availability, guarantee pricing, or represent buyers or sellers. Clients are responsible for final purchase decisions, authentication, inspection, payment, shipping, returns, negotiation, and seller verification.
