Privacy
Private brief, careful handling.
DayRove collects only the information needed to review and run a private acquisition research brief. Do not send payment details, passwords, account access, private financial information, or sensitive documents.
Information DayRove Collects
The request form collects contact details, category, target description, brand or maker notes, budget, timeline, condition preferences, must-haves, dealbreakers, authentication or appraisal status, search history, outreach permission, paid-sprint interest, preferred contact method, and optional context needed to review the brief.
Information Not To Send
Do not send payment details, passwords, account access, private financial information, sensitive identity documents, or documents that are not needed for the fit review. DayRove does not need those materials to decide whether a research file is workable.
How Submissions Are Used
Submissions are used to review fit, scope a possible engagement, prepare acquisition research if accepted, communicate with the submitter, maintain operational records, and protect the intake endpoint from abuse.
Service Providers
DayRove may use server-side providers for intake storage, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and security operations. DayRove does not sell contact information or search details to advertisers, data resellers, or unrelated third parties.
Retention And Deletion
DayRove keeps intake and engagement records only as long as reasonably needed for operational, security, legal, tax, dispute, and client-service purposes. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact email below, subject to records DayRove must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Source Outreach
Client identity or request details are shared with a source only when outreach is explicitly authorized and scoped. Source inquiry does not authorize DayRove to negotiate, commit, purchase, or represent the client.
Security
DayRove uses server-side validation, honeypot spam checks, rate limiting, origin checks, security headers, and server-only environment variables for delivery providers. No public website can make electronic submission risk-free, so sensitive documents and payment credentials should not be submitted.
Service boundary
DayRove does not authenticate goods, appraise value, hold inventory, custody funds, process payments, act as escrow, guarantee seller legitimacy, guarantee availability, guarantee pricing, or represent buyers or sellers. Clients are responsible for final purchase decisions, authentication, inspection, payment, shipping, returns, negotiation, and seller verification.
